Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us via our Live Chat or by visiting our Contact Us page within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

Merchandise purchased on may not be returned or exchanged at any time unless the item is damaged. Everything sold on is made after the purchase is complete therefore we do not carry inventory for exchanges. Please make sure you go over our size guides to avoid getting the wrong size.
